Very bad online experience

Have been trying to reach Builders Cape Gate for more than 2 days now. Every time their call center put me through just be be disconnected each time. I will definitely not try to buy something online with them as you will be left frustrated and without any service! Flabbergasted why builders stores does not have their own numbers but rather make use of call centers, while being very helpful, is just wasting your time putting you through to a store of your choice.
