VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BUILDERS LIFESTYLE CENTURION
27-01-2020 I payed a visit to Builders Warehouse Centurion to purchase pool accessories. got to pool section at 07H05 there was nobody in sight to assist pressing the call button about 15 times still nobody in sight. Went to 2 different sections. nobody available pressed the call button on these a few times as well. Walking around for any assistance I eventually found an attendant between the rack on his cell phone. no help. I went to the paint section and find the manager that eventually helped me 25 minutes later. Guys then we complain that times are hard.
New opposition is coming in all the time. Leroy Merlin is here to stay. Chamberlains are on your doorstep, Doesn't this mean anything to you.
