Very bad customer service
I went to this Builders about 4 times now. Not once was it just a quick visit. When requesting a quotation it takes 2+ plus hours. I was there on Saturday again for a refund. I waited for over an hour to get someone to understand that we paid twice and that we want that amount for other things we need to buy there. In August we bought things there for over R53000.00. In my opinion we are good clients for them why cant they just give us the service we deserve. The service of this Builders is really bad. I truly hope they can make way to improve on this. I will now rather take our company's business to the other builders in Polokwane hopefully they will have better people s****s when dealing with a client.
