Very, appalling service from Builders Warehouse.

This is the experience that we got from Builders Warehouse in Boksburg, Gauteng.

Me and my father went to the builders in Boksburg, Gauteng to order bricks to be delivered to our address plus 10 bags of ribersand, we were told that they will deliver all of the order on Wednesday or Thursday, before Good Friday, Wednesday came and Thursday came, nothing was delivered to our address, that is highly unprofessional from Builders side, my brother went today, Saturday 19 April 2025 to ask them what is going on, as it seems that no one know what they are doing at Builders Warehouse in Boksburg, Gauteng.

My brother had to get two people to assist him, as he went to Builders to collect everything in the order, that was supposed to be delivered to our address.

Of that is the service that Builders Warehouse offers their clients, wow, I cannot believe that they gave excuses why the order was not delivered, so that the client must go and collect it himself, total unprofessional from Builders.
