Utterly useless with no accountability

How does a business like this keep its door open. A few weeks ago I tried to buy ~R10k of stuff and wanted it delivered. They cannot deliver if you do not have a builders card (even if you pay for delivery). After failed attempts to shove one down my throat I left and ordered online from leroy merlin. Last weekend I wanted something in a hurry so went to builders. Did not have stock but after checking they will get it from Midrand branch and deliver 2 days later. 45 minutes later (apparently I now have a card) I paid. Two days after the scheduled delivery date nothing. I phoned and am informed that delivery will only be 26 Oct, a month later. No communication, nothing. How do you spell useless and incompetence? Builders Warehouse.
