UTTERLY PUTRID SERVICE!

I took a Trimchec lawn mower to Builders Express for a service and repair on the 23rd August 2015. I was not advised that the turn around time was 21 days nor is this term apparent on the Customer Repair receipt. This was on a Sunday and I was advised that the Trimtech agent would collect the machine on the Thursday and then it would take around a week for the repair. I called Builders Express the following Wednesday only to be told that the lawn mower was not collected by Trimtech. The bottom line is that I have just received a call from Builders Express (9th September 2015) to advise me that the lawn mower will not be ready tomorrow but next Thursday (which is a promise that has as much credibility as \the cheque is in the mail"). That's almost a month for a simple task AND for that I have to pay THEM R460!!"""
