Useless staff

This is not the first time I have had this problem. And it is incredibly frustrating. Today we phoned Builders n Centurion inquiring about a specific make and brand geyser element. More than once it was confirmed that they do have stock. Driving all the way from Pierre van Ryneveld, in peak traffic, I get there only to find out that there is no stock. Then the one \sales person"tries to convince me that the product is no longer manufactured"
