Useless people at Builders Warehouse in Revonia.

Appalling customer service from Builders in Rivonia. We stood at the bathroom section for almost 15 mins, when we found someone (4 we standing together chatting). He went to look for someone to assist, which took another 15mins. I indicated that I would like the item delivered, and we walked to another counter where I was told that I needed to produce a bulders card, which I was not carrying. I was asked if I had a profile & I said yes, then they asked for my profile #, which I do not know. I asked if they could use either my ID or cell number to get the profile number - and as if I was not there, the guy wanting my profile number informed his colleague that he needed the profile number and would not be able to assist. I was thoroughly annoyed. DEAR BUILDERS MANAGEMENT - YOU HAVE USELESS HUMANS DRAWING SALARIES FOR DOING NOTHING. My purchase may not have been your biggest, but it could have been a sale.
