Useless online shopping service
Placed an order for rain water tanks on the 25th December during the promotion. The website indicated the Wetton branch had stock and was open with a delivery date of the 27th of December. I phone to find out where the order was today (28th) and was told the branch is closed until the 3rd of Jan. This is not acceptable. I specifically orderded these tanks as we are expecting some light rainfall during the current drought crisis. I either want my money back or the tanks delivered before Saturday the 30th.

I'm sorry that you've not received your delivery of your 950L JoJo tank and that you were unaware that the Wetton store is closed until the 3rd January 2018.
