Useless, Lies, Time Wasters

On the 16th February 2019 I went to Builders Warehouse Strubens Valley. Saw a few items that I liked. Eventually purchased it and spent close to R 30k to date. Builders have already been to my house 3 times. Upon ordering, I was informed that they had a certain sliding door in stock and it would be delivered by the 19th February 2019. Today is the 4th March already, and my builder pitched up again today to find no sliding yet again. I clearly asked if they had it in stock and was told yes. Even again after going to follow up at the store this past Saturday. If I knew that they didnt have the stock, I would have purchased it from across the road at Cashbuild. I really hope that all of you do not fall for their poor service and lies in order to meet sales targets. Rather spend extra as time is more important and cannot be replaced. Another thing, when you need help at this Builders, there is never anyone present. Rather go elsewhere please.
