Useless Key Department

Had tons of issues prior with the key cutting department at the Sandown Parklands Store. Today I had another attempt ( back as they used to be cheaper - not so anymore), and had a key cut. Well needless to say , it did NOT work. Drove back (@ MY EXPENCE) , NO APPOLOGY - just told WE DONT HAVE THAT BLANK. REALLY ???? YOU NEVER HAVE THE CORRECT BLANKS. HOW COME A SMALL OPERATION - BARKSOLE " ALWAYS IS ABLE TO ASSIST"
