Useless in a smaller town
<p>Wow today sets a record for most useless shocking service I have ever experienced at any hardware store ever. We are coming up for 2 hours now waiting for 2 pieces of board to get cut, whilst they wander around between departments scratching their heads. At least 20 people standing around doing nothing at all. </p> <p>Highly frustrating as we came from Jhb to complete a job thinking it would be wiser to just buy the components here. They taking so long we now need to book accommodation and stay overnight as we won't complete job as labourers knock off at 5. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

I've escalated this matter to store management to be looked into and for corrective measures to be put in place.

Very impressed with the speed at which both the branch and head office contacted me to find out what happened. Hopefully the lethargic employees at ground level stir some speed into their coffee this morning. We will be there when store opens for more supplies ;)
