Useless Gas Heater

I bought a GoldAir gas heater from Builders about a month ago, the heater has never worked properly, it has defects. It switches itself off and when I try to switch back on, it just doesn't switch on. The heater is useless as it only works for less than an hour in a day and then its switches off.
