Useless doesn't begin to describe Builders Warehouse

Waited 1 month and 1 day for a piece of custom cut glass - not without a fight and being ignored by Builders. Had to go to the Ombud to get it. Then - glass was not the right size and they're saying we asked for that size. I'm sick and tired of their service, it's nothing less than disgusting. The story is so long, I just don't have the energy to fight anymore. I'm just trying to complain on as many forums as possible in the hopes of getting my money back. I didn't support Builders for more than a year because of previous issues - goes to show.
