Useless disengaged staff

Builders Warehouse Craighall Park - received the worst service ever from this branch. Waited 45 mins at returns with the rudest most detached staff I have ever encountered. The devise I am returning, an insecticide pump sprayer bought middle October 2019, broke after the second time I used it. The nonchalant gum chewing manager said, after 45 minutes of trying to get hold of her, no no no it has a 3 month returns policy. The illogical reply left me steaming. One does not use an insecticide pump sprayer daily. This is my second complaint about this unengaged Builders Warehouse. Considering that the lady in the queue in front of me stormed out calling the staff vacant slabs of flesh, is indicative.
