Delivered wrong item ( ref,***) I would not sign for it. They do not reply to any comms, they just ignore and hope problems dissapear, they do not refund only pass credit and then block your account so you cannot spend it. Pathetic customer care

They promised me it would be resolved yesterday and they would phone back before close of business. Guess what NOTHING HAPPENED.
So are all their replies just lip service so it appears that they care???

Still no response, seems like social media response team is powerless or just a front to deflect complaints. I will not spend another cent in Builders until they reverse the credit to a refund.
