Useless call centre

We called the call centre. The ABSALOUTE IMCOMPETENT service and LACK of product knowledge we got was ridiculous. We asked twice to speak to a manager and BOTH times got NO WHERE. Then at my request a manager calls me on a line where he cant hear me. I still havent got a call back from the manager . This call centre line and service is ABSURD.
