USELESS CALL CENTRE

Having a call centre is a **** idea!!! Its just frustrating!!! I called this morning and after holding on for what felt like forever listening to that **** KennyG music a lady finally answered. She couldnt help and tried to put me thru to the store. I held on again and eventually the call cut!!! What a waste of my damn time!!! I called back again and the same fuc ken thing happened again..FFS!!! Why a stupid a$$ call centre? Just to frustrate customers. Thats 10mins of my life gone to waste. The guy calls me back and apologises for the call cutting and says hes putting me thru and when he says bye the call cuts again. Fu ck you, i will get my building material from someone else
