USELESS

Ordered and paid for an item on the 27th of March ...till to date .. no delivery... no calls ...no emails no refunds.. call the call center my order is jst sitting there .. escalation take 2 days to get feedback.. call head office can't get hold of anyone to assist....Pathetic to say the least ...
