Useless as usulal,a waste of time.

Today i was at builders warehouse gezina,i went there to save petrol,i avoided Gelmar,due to the price difference,drove 35km to get there too and be shunt from pillar to post,i was looking for ,laminated strips thats sold in 15m rolls at R24 plus minus,acc to their add,i went there staff where useless as usual,u went to help desk due to no other staff would help,i was sent to laminated floors,from laminated floors i was sent to wooden doors!,i went through 90% if the shop and gave up,i dont have time to waste to look fir a product and if staff are do useless,****ing close the branch,this problem if no service of staff ,not going the etra mile us a huge problem,last month was at builders centurion,to buy a sanding machine,after being misled and **** to ,i was told to bring the machine back that i bought without compensation,seriously,i bought a demo model that was used by a customer that was bright back ,tgey said it gave 2 years warranty ,staff **** and instigated that i could get a new item for the same price,somewhere management and staff where committing *****,and in a customer based business you dint lue ir hide the truth,builders warehouse are not to be trusted at all with any kind if service ir product,they overcharge customers,their staff are so useless.um fedup that staff and management gets away with these services that means ****ol,and is costing customers money,even Head office are protecting their staff ,**** the customer,but if there is no customers???
