USELESS AND PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE

I paid 2.5k to my cash card to purchase an item on promotion, and immediately after the payment an error popped up on my screen to say their site is down for maintenance. This morning i log on to complete the purchase to find my money has gone missing. I called their call centre and spend hours with useless consultants whom none kept their promise to return my calls let alone acknowledge my payment.
