Used sold as new
Selling second hand items as if they are brand new (clearly used and even rusted). Would have expected if they stated refurbished but nope sold as new.

It is the Alva 3 Panel Gas Heater - GH312
- This review was submitted while waiting for a manager as they told me all units in stock are used
- Cannot for the life of me find the invoice number, but it was at Till 1 @ 12:51:15 on 2020/05/04
Eventually they said they can discount the unit for me - I told them no as its rusted, but asked them to find one in better condition.
- They found a new one so it was replaced
- Also refused to deliver a unit when stock arrived
However the new unit (just finished assembling) - doesn't ignite/light - please arrange pickup and delivery of a new working unit as I am not going back to builders and putting myself and family at risk of potential exposure to the Corona virus
- NOTE: I purchased 2 of these units - the one is working perfectly

The team will be picking up the unit, however after using the other heater (that was working) for less than 1 hour (total time) it no no longer stays lit.
Please arrange full refund and pickup of this unit as well
