Used Sample unit in my box

I bought a Sunbeam Mist Box Fan from Builders warehouse this weekend. It was the only unit left on the shelf in its box, sealed. There was no price on the shelf so I asked one of the team members to please check the price. He said the unit was on Promotion marked down from R1600 to R1037. I thought that was great and purchased the unit. When I got home and unpacked the unit it was scratched and dirty and it looked like it was used already. The water box looked mouldy and the inside pipe too. <br> <br> The best part is that there was a price sticker, like the ones placed on display units, on the front of my fan. This confirms that this unit was a display and sample unit which was previously used and neatly repackaged to be sold to a sucker. What is worse, on top of all this, is that the price on the display unit was R720!!<br> <br> This is outrageous and I would like Builder's to contact me to clear this up. I need a new unit and a refund for the difference between what I paid (R1037) and the price on the unit in my box (R720). I have photos to prove the damage to the unit as well as price. <br> <br> I find it very disappointing as the service have always been good from this particular Builder's Warehouse.
