Use less staff at The Glen

Purchased an item on the 22nd June from their yard. Up to the 9th of July it was not ordered. I was in the store , when the store assistant, Sandile, left me standing at the counter. Asking to see the manager , that person was missing in action. I requested to visit the Branch manager - he was also missing in action. After that I called store , only to be met with employees who cannot communicate, or have etiquette on how to behave on a call or in a business. I cancelled the order on the 17 July. This branch needs a major shake up from the Site manager to his team.
