UPS
I ordered a UPS on the 08th of January and they said it will be delivered on the 19th of Jan.Then on the 20th I called them and they said they will get back to me and they will escalate my matter.Today I get an email saying the supplier does not have stock,Why did u not keep me posted all this time ?Your communication i pathetic and honestly i will never buy at Builders Warehouse because you dont treat customers fairly.
