************ and Deception Delivery

I have a major complaint about Builders warehouse, online and contact centre.

I have place an order for delivery, your website makes no indication that I should stipulate if the item needs to be taken upstairs or not. Your delivery guys refused to take my item upstairs and in fact when asked to take it upstairs they dropped the item on the floor, when asked for a mangers number they said they don't have and left. I have tried to get ahold of the store and have made 5 attempts at which I'm told there is no answer at the store and the call centre cannot provide a reference for calls as proof. The call had been dropped on 4 attempts and they are insisting that they will not take it up the stairs.

The only resolution that will satisfy me is that item placed where I need it or a FULL refund. There reason being is that if you policy dictates no stairs it needs to be communicated to customers prior to accepting our money for delivery!
