Unsatisfying service

I ordered some brick, in store, at Builders Centurion for delivery. Aside form the cashier, Mmankukeng Rasertlho, being very unfriendly, he also advised on the incorrect delivery date. Apparently if you order after a certain time your delivery will fall on a later date - Well, I've been waiting an the delivery the entire morning, my building-team (whom I now have to pay for a waisted day) sitting around with nothing to do. I send a mail to "***" no - reply, aside from the automatic reply. I called the provided numbers and after the third try was told that my delivery will only take place tomorrow - but they could not confirm a time, apparently anything between 8:00 and 17:00. This is ridiculous. Had I know (or been informed) I would have made alternative arrangements.
