Unsatisfactory service

I placed an order for a woodworking machine on line at Builders Warehouse to be send to the New Market branch on 17 February 2021. up to today 29 March 2021 I have not received my order although it was paid on the same date that it was ordered. It is just impossible to get a satisfactory response from anyone that I speak to about the order. The lines are always busy or you wait ages for someone to answer the phone, just to be transferred to another dead telephone line.
