Unsatisfactory service

Builders Warehouse, New Market, Alberton has a very poor customer complaints resolution policy. They do not work towards a resolution and do not contact the client back. I had specifications for boards to be cut to make a cabinet, they overcharged as well as cut the boards shorter than on the cutting order. When brought to their attention they passed the buck saying it's not their problem. I gave my number twice so that they could call back to resolve the issues. Mr. Chabalala, Mr. Philla and Mr. Khanyisa Mahlanza where the people who shunted me around. This treatment is unacceptable. I gave them 2 weeks to come back to me and still no reply.
