Unsafe parking lot at Fourways branch

This relates to the Fourways store. Inside the store was lovely, but the parking lot is a crime waiting to happen. I have spoken to management about this previously, and they now have car guards and a security person sitting at the gate, who allows the unwanted people to enter at will, clearly intimidated and scared for his life. The unwanted individuals hang around in groups, and there could be at least 10 of them at any point in time in the parking lot, freely surveying vehicles. When I asked a few of them why they were there, they became agitated and aggressive towards me, saying that I clearly don't like black people. I will certainly not be going back there. Management have put a few of their own in the parking lot, but they are not managing the situation and it is potentially volatile and unsafe, for cars and people.
