Unsafe at Builders Warehouse Rivonia, bad products, avoid if you can!

Worst customer service , products that don’t work, unsafe premises. Avoid specifically Builder’s Warehouse Rivonia. They’ve sold me gas canisters that do not work and I’ve had to go back several times to complain. When you arrive at the contractors site some of the service guys all flock around your car. Unfortunately today I went in to complain about a gas canister again and this time I ended up forgetting to lock my car. According to the footage that Jacques (Management) viewed a men opened my car and stole my bag. He refused to show me the footage because of Pop act (whatever?!). Anyway , how did the ******* know that my car was unlocked - most probably because they work with the men who work just outside the shop on the Builders warehouse premises. As soon as you park they flock around your car under the pretence of helping and try and distract you then signal to the men who have a getaway car close by. Don’t go there! I regret my fuel that I used to drive there to complain about a malfunctioning canister and then losing my entire handbag to ****s. Management doesn’t care - how do I even know that’s what really happened if they didn’t show me the video. Horrible place, horrible products, horrible security. I will never set my foot there again! It just ended in tears for me… Someone saw something but they were working together!!!
