Unreliable Builders Warehouse

Once again I have place an order at Builders Warehouse in Rustenburg and once again they have let me down.... for the past 3 days I have contacted them to follow up on my order to find out if it going to be delivered on time or if I should make a plan to collect it. Everytime I phoned on the first day, there was no answer at any of the departments, ai only got to speak to the receptionist. After that I spoke to a woman who kept saying that she will follow up and phone me back, every 2 hours I phone her again and then she says that she "forgot", but will follow up and phone me back... needless to say, she still doesn't know whats going on. Yesterday I spoke to a man at the delivery department, he informed me that my order would have been delivered yesterday, but now it has been delayed to delivered next week "Teusday or Thursday". When I asked why they didn't inform me of what the reason was, he had no answer. Meanwhile, our project is falling behind schedule and I still need to pay the builders for this standing time. I guess it's all in the name.... "warehouse", that is where your materials are and that is where they will stay....
