Unproffessional Service no Feedback
Good day<br> On the 6 November 2012 bought aTelefunken 4 door Refrigerator / Freezer (TFR - 495M) at Builders Hyper Edenvale. Early this year the fridge stopped being cold and I notified the store. My last (6 May 2015) communication was that Clayton has escalated the matter to Susie who will communicate with Telefunken to send the technician to fix it and reprint the reciept for me. But to date no one has contacted me.<br> I don't have a fridge for about 4 months now and I don't know how am I expected to survive, the service at builders is appaulling and I need urgent assistance.<br> <br> Regards<br> Bekezela Mashinini<br> ***
