Unprofessional work ethics

Dear builders Wetton,

If you know you cannot commit to a delivery before 10am /11am please consult that with your customers before taking payment from them after a long conversation with Ebrahim explaining the situation well he couldn't actually care less whether the truck comes at 10 or 12pm or even after 12pm having workers standing around for half of the day waiting for this delivery from the wetton branch which is only about 15 mins away from where i am. Ebrahim being no help at all not evening trying to figure out how to make the matter better but rather state that it's not his problem??! Really that how you handle customers that purchase from your store? Im utterly upset the way this was handle... All I asked for was delivery before afternoon imagine having workers standing around for half of the day that you still need to pay doing absolutely nothing! Ridiculous I really hope management looks into this matter also have a BIG sign with delivery times on! After having to speak to 3 people at builder's each one with a different story!
