Unprofessional Stock Verification and Maintenance

Rossburgh branch is totally useless wrt stock shown available online and whats actually and physically in the store. Did an online purchase of an Patio Umbrella and Umbrella Base. Check and stock showed as available for items. Paid and awaited confirmation that it can be collected, just to be contacted and told that the base, which showed 3 in stock, was out of stock. Then i was told they wil see if the other branches in the area has and get from them.

Well, a day later i was phoned and informed that there is available at the other branches and that i must go there and collect??!! I THE CUSTOMER MUST GO AND COLLECT???

Needless to say i cancelled the order. Rossburgh branch are the worst ever, their online stock availability and physical never match as this is not the first time this has happened. They are unprofessional.

Hopefully i do not have to go and argue to get my money refunded onto my credit card.
