Unprofessional, spiteful employees

Ordered online, store called to say they couldn’t deliver as the online price was less than their price so I would need to pay the difference before which I refused then they cancelled the order but to make matters worse … They credited my profile instead of refunding to my bank as they claim that EFT payments get refunded straight into the bank on the same day, they then called to say I must go to the bank to get proof of purchase, proof of banking and bring along my ID book with to the store so they could send to Head Office if I wanted the money in the account.
