Unprofessional service

I would like to lay a formal complaint that the service I received was shocking to write the least. I was sent from pillar to post at the Builders Warehouse Constantiaberg.

When I arrived at the hardware section no one assisted me. Once I bought the doors at the cashier I was re-directed to go back to the hardware section and without any ill intentions or attitude I asked where to do I pick up the doors that I exchanged and I was told what do I expect to have happen. I was taken aback – after sorting myself out once on reaching the yard I waited for a long time only for the person to come off her cell phone from the Wendy house to be directed to get the doors.

Totally unprofessional and hopefully all caught on camera 22/7/2025 at about 1330hrs
