Unprofessional service and miss leading information

Builders Warehouse Bedworthpark had a Mastercraft toolbox on special for R 10400 normal price R17 000. Upon enquiry the floor assistant told me it was sold out but he can order me one. I asked if he can transfer one from another store. While checking he said that the special is only at Bedworthpark. I told him but the product still had a price tag and no indication that this price is valid while stock lasts. When I went back to the product the price was removed and a paper stick on it that this product was out of stock. This is very unprofessional and they refused to order me one at the same price. I even phoned customer care without any luck. I'm a regular customer and bought more than R6000 paint and wood the same day. I will never do business again at Bedworthpark Builders Warehouse and I won't recommend it to anybody.
