Unprofessional service

I had a total frustrating day at Builders warehouse river horse valley. I went there to purchase one item and It took the branch half an hour to find one person who knew about chest of drawers. There was no display of sorts. I googled and showed them what I was looking for. So I was given the item number and paid for it and drove to their collection point at despatch. We got home, opened up the box and there are no *****s, handles or Alan keys. It’s a DIY job. It appears to be an opened box shabbily really packed to sell again. There is no contact no for the branch and the customer care line advises me to take the package back. So who pays for my petrol, time and my energy. The cashiers are not busy just folding their arms and chatting. The assistant at the plant section took 10 minutes to check a price on an article. Total unprofessional service.
