Unprofessional & Owed money!!!

Their online system purchase duplicated a payment. It has been a mission to get any help! The service provider Shehaam Salie has not been able to get this matter resolved after constant communication with her. She informed me that the amount will be refunded only at store level by cash & not directly paid into my bank account. I drive all the way to the store only to be informed that they cannot see the duplicated amount on their system even after I had sent through my bank statement as requested. I am still owed a delivery fee refund which I was promised but has not even been paid
