Unprofessional / No reply

I am so upset with Builders Warehouse. I have been trying to get assistance from them since January. My husband bought a 20lt white pva from their store in Montana. When he got home the paint spilled over in his car, the whole boot of the car was covered in white paint. After we inspected the container to see if the seal was broken we saw that it was still in place, we stay not ever 4,8km from this shop. After i made so many phone calls to then they also said that they do not advise customers to travel more that 5km with paint, well we stay 4,8km from their shop. I have been sending emails to their customer service, with no luck. I requested a copy of my receipt as for this was also in the back of the car and was also covered in paint. I feel this container was faulty, it is not possible for a container to break open if the seal is not even broken. My husband had a rental car from Mercedes-Benz that day as for his car was in for repairs. We are now getting billed R40 000 for paint damages caused by a faulty container of paint from this store. It is so unprofessional from Builders Warehouse to not even reply on emails send to them. I have reported this matter to the Ombusman and for that I need the copy of my transaction. But there is NO reply from Builders. I am a paying customer and buy allot from their store, but they will never see me again.
