UNPROFESSIONAL BUILDERS WAREHOUSE

On the 19/07/2021 made an online purchase of a bosch extractor and I was promised delivery the same day or the next day. Today is the 24/07/2021 I haven't received my order, been calling daily without any explanation of why I haven't received my order. Later in the day after calling the second time , I received a call back that my order will be canceled as the goods I order has been discontinued. I called daily and no one bothered to inform me that. I'm very unhappy with the service I received from Builders warehouse. Had I known about the discontinuation of the extractor I would have looked elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!
