Unlicensed plumbers used by Builders Warehouse

I just found out recently relating to my previous post on Builders Warehouse that the plumber they sent out to my property to check on an electric geyser purchased from them in the western cape area, was not registered as a licence plumber with the PIRB. Please take not in future if you purchase a geyser by Builders Warehouse make sure they do send a licensed plumber to your property. However the other problem is that they insist you as a client to use a licensed plumber to conduct the installation but yet they do not use licensed plumbers. This contradicts there own ethical behavior they market such. I would advise to rather buy a geyser by a licensed plumber and have it installed by them directly.
