Unintrested Builders Warehouse Service...

Well done on a shocking service delivery, after being directed to wait at the wood cutting area stood there unassisted. Not one person enquired or tried to assist, not even the department manager who was fixing the very tool I needed enquired or showed any interest in me as a customer. Then eventually after some more enquiring and waiting was told; sorry we don't cut wood from outside. I was there to get a service wood cutting, and they didn't want the business.

So to sum it all up, no interest in your business, no respect for you as a customer and no indication from staff or even from the manager that they even care.
