Unhelpful Employee(s)

I had a very good experience as well as a very bad one today in Builders Warehouse.<br> To start - I got a lot of assistance from a merchandiser who went the extra mile to help me select a piece of wood as well as carry it and take me through all the steps of where to pay, and where to get it cut. One of the sales point employees also helped me a lot and I appreciate it, without any issue he printed the plans of my piece of wood for the dimensions I required cut. I should of got these employees names to praise them for their excellent attitude and helpful nature.<br> When I went to the wood cutting area to get my piece of wood cut - the person who was doing the wood cutting gave me such attitude about who sent me there, and who gave me the dimension plans. Another women employee came with her plans, and he started to do her cutting and just walked away from me without giving me any indication of if he would do mine. Both the women employee and the wood cutter showed disrespect to me as a customer and neither of them could assist me. After waiting 25 minutes, no one assisted me, I simply left the store, even though I paid the R5 for the cutting that never happened.
