Unhappy customer as item lost while in Store warehouse storage

About 2 years ago I bought a sliding door among other items from Builders warehouse Craighall park. I must say upfront that the service was excellent from Joshua (Deputy GM) and Hector (Branch Manager) to the point that I spent over R1.5 Million on products over 18 months. I was building so told Management to keep the stock in the store until I finish some construction and ready to fit the sliding door. While the sliding door was in storage, Joshua and other staff had left and I was left looking for the receipt. I managed to find Joshua after a 6 month search who indicated that the Item cannot leave the store. Sadly the item disappeared and I have been given the run around for the past 10 months with no success.Please can somebody at Head Office intervene so I can get my sliding glass door to me.I purchased everything with my builders warehouse card but nobody interested in checking or cross referencing. Help please..Unhappy customer.
