Unhappy client

I bought a door in Montana branch an bought instalation fitment package & guarantee in wonderpark branch yet not being happy with the service I contacted their office before guys who were fitting left & promised a re-visit the following day, i made multiple calls & visited the store still no professional help. Do I get help or regret doing the purchase there, yooo I'm tired & disappointed cz it's my mom's favorite store
