Unhappy and disgusted client

I will rate them - 5...i went and bought timber on the 30th of November. I was told that their cutting machine was not working and will fix on Friday and start cutting on Monday. I was fine with that. Come Thursday the following week no delivery - I went to the store and the guy was suspended and no one had my records. I showed them the slip and they needed the measurements. I sent them the measurements and two weeks later no phone call or delivery. I went in last week again and was promised a delivery by Thursday but nothing. I'm trying to call the management and they are not taking my calls. Called HO today and was promised delivery but still nothing. The service has gone down the drain and disgusted by the horrible service from the two managers Brian and Themba
