Unhappy and Disappointed Customer

I have had issues with this store for the past couple of months. If its not on late delivery its late on request. When I complain about it, I am a difficult client. A lady by the name of Joy at Builders trade depot in Wetton, Cape Town just passed me on to the next available assistant because she cant deal with me. I requested for items and when it got billed to my account, I only received the items 2 months later because they dont have stock instead of telling me we dont have stock and go to another company. I request for a quotation and dont even get a response back from them. I even tried calling in to the store and the line just get dropped when I ask for Joy. Now I am just gonna close the account and go somewhere else where they want my business.
