Unhappy about their staff procedures and prices on items

Builders warehouse in centurion,actually all their warehouses in tshwane are useless,skeleton staff that dont assist in anyway, builders centurion,we went there to get a new drill press chuck for my bench drill,they did not have any of that in stock or ever will,we looked at sanding machines,i needed one desperately,and was looking at the prices,on the display area there where a marked down sanding machine ,so we asked we want one,we where told there are no stock,now i was wondering we passed by a marked of area of stock,but its not end of range,we asked can i buy the display model,due to there is no stock ,i was told no due to there are parts short in the item .and other reasons that management would not,but cant tel me,but there are stock at another builders,they can send,ask them to bring the sander here to centurion,i said no i wil rather go there but it due yo i need it now,i cant wait a few days,it was arranged there are 21wil ve kept for me,wd got there there where no staff to assist,so i went and looked for the sanding machine,there where no display unit if that sanding machine,but i found 1hifmdden away under the display table behind other stock ,at the till it displayed R3999nearly R1800more exspensive,we asjed assistance regarding this matter,the Mabager if Glen came and assisted and said it was a marked down item at centurion,now i asked but was that staff not supposed to put the item in the marked if stick area ,we then trued to get another sanding machine at this builders,but could not with all stories here and there,we decided to drive all the way back to centurion ,there we saw the sanding machine was removed ftom the display table,we asked for the manager,the explanations and the way this was orchestration of explanations was very suspicious,the sanding machine was used,and it was a display unit,we took eventually the sanding machine with a higher price,but now they sell 2if these sabding machines maybe un 2 years,1 display unit and 1 stock, that's how they over price they're stock,and exept for that there are zero stock of sanding paper for this specific sanding machine,they dont have stock,this way of selling stock and manipulating the public to pay way above the normal price for an item is *****,i very angry because my wife lended money to o buy this sanding machine for me to work from home,im unhappy about this,u dont gave an income to pay her back ,and this sanding machine is not working properly due to it was used,im unhappy on how a customer can be misled and go through hel and they are just sorry,we drove over R200un petrol from one builders to another,to be shunted around.
